I am researching ways to improve customer experiences at airport car rental locations. Aside from free rentals and the like (everyone wants that!), what has or could a car rental company do to completely wow you?
Im finding difficulty in finding employment in Australia. The vast majority of jobs are construction or hospitality of which I have no experience in. I’ve check internet sites but a lot are fake ads and there is few ‘decent’ jobs. How did everyone else do it?

I am a 19 year old Canadian female. I have been living in Berlin for the past year with my best friend. I am planning on travelling through Austria, Croatia, Bosnia, Greece and Turkey next month and was wondering how safe it is for a female to travel alone in these countries. We have all seen the movies about tourists being kidnapped and sold in to the sex trade. Is there any truth to those movies? And are there things I can do to avoid these kind of problems?
